Package Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all custom Drop Dead tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
